A recurring grocery card order allows you to support PHS and PHSPTA at no cost to you. Complete the form below, then arrange or send in your payment, and the cards come to you on the first Wednesday of each month! Questions? Contact our Grocery Card Coordinator at grocerycards@phspta.org.

Payment Information

Credit Card Payments: A convenience fee of 2.35% + $0.35 is added to cover the costs associated with credit card transactions. Upon submission of this form, our Grocery Card Coordinator will be notified via email of your order. They will contact you to arrange accessing your credit card information.

Checks or Money Orders: Make out to PHSPTA and send to school in your child’s folder in an envelope marked "PTA Grocery Cards"

Your Bank's Online Bill Pay: Most banks will allow you to set up a recurring payment through their online system, which means your bank will automatically generate a check each month and send it directly to the school. (This is not a money transfer) Have checks made out and sent to:
